The aim of this mid-term evaluation is to carry out a thorough analysis of Estonian National Strategic Framework of Structural Funds and its Operational Plans in the light of assessing the relevance of the set objectives and selection criteria for projects. The project is carried out in consortium with Ernst & Young Baltic and Policy Research Centre Praxis.
