International conference Clusters Linked Over Europe brings on 24 April 2007 experts and practitioners in the field of cluster policies and management from all over Europe.

The conference organized on jointly with Tartu Science Park aims to provide insights and exchange information about how countries and regions could act in internationalizing their clusters with an aim to strengthen the competitiveness of clusters and regional innovation systems. The conference will focus on best practice examples from selected European regions and provide forum for a discussion for experts in the field.
