Maarja is an analyst at the Institute of Baltic Studies. She is working with the topics related to migration, integration and fundamental rights. Maarja has studied Sociology and Social Work in the University of Tartu, Estonia, and holds a Master’s degree on International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University. Besides Estonia, she has studied and lived in Sweden and in Denmark.
