This research area includes lifelong learning from elementary to higher education and&nbsp;science and&nbsp;focuses on both formal&nbsp;and&nbsp;non-formal and informal learning.&nbsp;Interventions and prevention in the fields&nbsp;of health, labour, environment and sustainable development, social coherence, technology usage and national defence&nbsp;contribute to wellbeing as well.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Our goal is to&nbsp;advance&nbsp;high-quality, inclusive and lifelong&nbsp;education and science and to support the wellbeing of both the individual and society in various ways \u2013 from shaping interventions and prevention measures&nbsp;to making practical policy&nbsp;recommendations. This helps support learning and critical thinking, mental and physical wellbeing, and responsible behaviour in people, which creates the basis for a sustainable, inclusive, healthy, and educated society.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">We have conducted research on the different aspects of education and science from the perspectives of institutions and individuals.\u00a0We have studied youth work and non-formal education, sport, movement and health behaviour, and assessed the impact of prevention programmes. We successfully cooperate with education,\u00a0prevention\u00a0and health\u00a0experts from universities and the public sector,\u00a0and with other people and institutions relevant to the topic,
