Keskmiselt vaid&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/epl.delfi.ee\/artikkel\/71510683\/rahvusvaheline-uuring-ainult-viiendikule-eesti-lastele-toesti-meeldib-koolis-kaia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">viiendikule noortest meeldib koolis k\u00e4ia<\/a>, kusjuures, mida vanemaks noored saavad, seda v\u00e4hem koolis k\u00e4imine meeldib. Oma osa on siin l\u00e4bisaamisel klassikaaslastega, kiusamisel (u 40% \u00f5pilastest on l\u00f6\u00f6dud v\u00e4hemalt korra ja umbes sama paljud on tegevustes v\u00e4hemalt korra klassikaaslaste poolt v\u00e4lja j\u00e4etud), \u00fcksteisega arvestamisel, \u00f5pingute paindlikkuses, pere toes jne. Nimetatu on \u00fcks p\u00f5hjustest, miks&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/andmed.stat.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">15-26-aastastest 10% ehk umbes 15&nbsp;400 noort ei t\u00f6\u00f6tanud ega \u00f5ppinud 2020. aastal<\/a>. See on enam-v\u00e4hem Rakvere linna jagu inimesi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eNoorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 on nagu puhas vesi \u2013 kvaliteetseks eluks ja positiivseks arenguks eluliselt vajalik ning peab olema tagatud. Mingi aja saab ka ilma, aga indiviidile ja \u00fcmbritsevale keskkonnale dramaatiline tulemus.\u201c<\/p><cite><strong>Edgar Schl\u00fcmmer, Eesti Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 Keskuse (ENTK) direktor 2007-2020<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Kuidas see k\u00f5ik seondub noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6ga? Kvaliteetne ja noorest l\u00e4htuv noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 on m\u00f5neti nagu imeravim eelnevalt toodud probleemidele. Mitmed uuringud n\u00e4itavad, et noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/noor1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1737\" width=\"525\" height=\"422\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-el wp-block-list\"><li>annab v\u00f5imaluse vabamas vormis \u00f5ppida ja formaal\u00f5ppes \u00f5pitut kinnistada,<\/li><li>aitab noores tekitada enesekindlust ja huvi \u00fcmbritseva vastu,<\/li><li>pakub vaheldust formaal\u00f5ppele,<\/li><li>aidates toime tulla pingete ja raskustega, annab eluks ja t\u00f6\u00f6ellu siirdumiseks vajalikke kogemusi,<\/li><li>pakub ohutut keskkonda enese proovile panekuks, uute asjade katsetamiseks ja vigade tegemiseks (riskialtitele ohutum alternatiiv alkoholile ja muudele s\u00f5ltuvusainetele, vargustega enese proovile panekule jne),<\/li><li>toetab sotsiaalsete oskuste arengut,<\/li><li>aitab luua kontaktv\u00f5rgustikku (vajalik mh m\u00f5tete ja kogemuste vahetamiseks, probleemide arutamiseks),<\/li><li>annab suurema elukogemusega t\u00e4iskasvanutele ehk noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajatele v\u00f5imaluse m\u00e4rgata noore probleeme ning aidata neile lahenduste leidmisel.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Seda loetelu v\u00f5iks l\u00f5putult j\u00e4tkata. V\u00e4heoluline pole ka fakt, et k\u00f5ik noored ei tunne ennast kodus turvaliselt ega saa perelt t\u00e4helepanu v\u00f5i tuge oma murede ja probleemidega toime tulemiseks. Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 v\u00f5imaldab erinevate vormide, meetodite ja tegevustega neid puuduj\u00e4\u00e4ke leevendada, olles noorele t\u00e4iendav tugi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Samas tuleb meeles pidada, et noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 \u00fcksi ei saa noori aidata. Olulise osa p\u00e4evast on noored seotud kooli ja perega ning k\u00f5igil noortel ei ole v\u00f5imalust noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 tegevustes osaleda, kas teadmatusest v\u00f5i v\u00f5imaluste piiratusest. Seega on oluline meie k\u00f5igi panus: me k\u00f5ik peame m\u00e4rkama \u00fcmberringi toimuvat, suunama ja toetama oma teed otsivaid ning tuge vajavaid noori. Ja miks mitte tutvustada neile m\u00f5nda noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 tegevust? Seda enam, et noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 tegevustes (huviharidus, huvitegevus, avatud noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6, laagrid, malevad, noorteorganisatsioonid jne) osalevad&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/publikatsioonid\/noorsootoos-osalevate-noorte-rahulolu-noorsootooga\/\">noored on noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 ja ka eluga rahul<\/a>&nbsp;ning noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6s osalemine seondub positiivsete kogemuste ja emotsioonidega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-el wp-block-heading\" id=\"noorte-toetamine-on-igauhe-kohustus\"><strong>Noorte toetamine on iga\u00fche kohustus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Eelnevalt sai vihjatud kvaliteetsele noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6le. Aga mis on see, mis teeb noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 kvaliteetseks? Mis aitab kaasa noorte t\u00f5rjutuse m\u00e4rkamisele, t\u00f5rjutuse ennetamisele ja noorte kaasamisele, et nad tunneksid ennast v\u00e4\u00e4rtusliku \u00fchiskonna liikmena?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">T\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt on iga\u00fcks meist omal nahal tundund, et kui miski meid puudutab, oleks aus, kui ka meie arvamust k\u00fcsitaks ja sellega arvestataks. Sama ootavad ka noored. Esmaoluline on, et noortega t\u00f6\u00f6taja, olgu ta \u00f5petaja, treener, ringijuht, maleva r\u00fchmajuht, sotsiaalt\u00f6\u00f6taja, lapsevanem v\u00f5i keegi teine, m\u00f5tleks l\u00e4bi, mida ja milleks ta noorega teeb ning ehk on v\u00f5imalik neid tegevusi koos noortega planeerida ja l\u00e4bi viia. Tagasisidet k\u00fcsides tuleb noori julgustada oma arvamust avaldama ja seista selle eest, et selle arvamusega midagi ka edasi tehtaks. Aastate jooksul oleme erinevates uuringutes kuulnud nii palju toredaid lugusid, kuidas noorte silmad l\u00e4hevad s\u00e4rama, kui nad n\u00e4evad ja tunnevad, et nende m\u00f5tteid lihtsalt maha ei laideta, vaid aidatakse ellu viia ja miski sellest p\u00e4riselt muutub. See eeldab aga nii noortega t\u00f6\u00f6tajate kui kogu \u00fchiskonna teadlikkuse ja oskuste t\u00f5stmist ning m\u00f5neti ka suhtumise muutmist. Vajalik on formaal- ja mitteformaal\u00f5ppe ning erinevate valdkondade spetsialistide koost\u00f6\u00f6, noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 ja noortele v\u00f5imaluste andmise v\u00e4\u00e4rtustamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">P\u00f5gusalt oleme puudutanud juba ka m\u00e4rkamist. Kui paljud meist v\u00f5ivad tunnistada, et murega julgelt kellegi poole p\u00f6\u00f6rdute? Ja n\u00fc\u00fcd m\u00f5tle, et oled noor, kes alles \u00f5pib maailma ja inimsuhteid tundma, kes on v\u00f5ib-olla juba ka inimsuhete osas pettumuse osaliseks sattunud, kes ei tea veel, mis on \u00f5ige v\u00f5i vale, kes kardab teiste naerualuseks saada, kuna ei oska k\u00f5ike nii nagu oma valdkonna spetsialistid. Vajalik on, et k\u00f5ik m\u00e4rkaksid, kui m\u00f5ni noor tahtmatult seltskonnast v\u00e4lja arvatakse, teda halvasti koheldakse, kiusatakse. Perel, haridusasutustel, noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajatel, t\u00f6\u00f6andjatel, terviset\u00f6\u00f6tajatel, kogukonnal ja \u00fchiskonnal tervikuna on erinevas eas noorte m\u00e4rkamises ja kaasamises oma v\u00f5imalus ja oma roll. Me k\u00f5ik saame aidata kaasa sellele, et rohkemad noored j\u00f5uaksid noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6sse ja saaksid sealt t\u00e4iendavat tuge nii \u00f5pimotivatsiooni hoidmisel, enese arendamisel, sotsiaalsete suhete loomisel kui ka t\u00f6\u00f6ellu siirdumisel, et meil oleks v\u00e4hem noori, kel haridustee j\u00e4\u00e4b pooleli, kes t\u00e4iskasvanuks saades ei leia endale ei sobivat t\u00f6\u00f6kohta ega ka \u00fchiskonnas sobivat kohta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Erinevate osaliste toetamise v\u00f5imalusi noore paremaks toetamiseks ja osaliste v\u00f5imalusi noort noore erinevas eluetapis toetada aitab paremini m\u00f5ista j\u00e4rgmine tabel. \u00dchelt poolt ei tohi me \u00e4ra unustada, et erinevas vanuses noorel on erinevad mured. Teisalt on igal noorega kokku puutuval osalisel erinevad v\u00f5imalused, kuidas ennetustegevusse, m\u00e4rkamisse ning t\u00f5rjutuse v\u00e4hendamisse ja sotsiaalse kaasatuse suurendamisse panustada saab. N\u00e4iteks koolides on oluline, et p\u00f6\u00f6rataks senisest veelgi suuremat t\u00e4helepanu sotsiaalsete oskuste arendamisse, \u00fchtekuuluvustunde loomisesse ja turvalise keskkonna loomisesse. Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 saab kooli ja kodu nimetatus toetada, vanemate ja \u00fcldhariduskooli personaliga koost\u00f6\u00f6s probleemi p\u00f5hjustele j\u00e4lile saada ning noort toetada.
