Kuna tervisespordiharrastustega tegelemine on otseselt seotud elukvaliteedi ja tervise parandamisega, oli see ka \u00fcks uurimisteemasid. Selgus, et 86% tartlastest on kas pigem rahul v\u00f5i rahul oma eluga ning 80% oma tervisega. K\u00f5rgeim rahulolu m\u00f5lema n\u00e4itaja poolest on Tammelinna, Variku ja R\u00e4nilinna elanike seas, madalaim aga Ropkas ja Ropka t\u00f6\u00f6stusrajoonis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Rahulolun\u00e4itajate poolest \u00fcletavad tartlased\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;ved=2ahUKEwifrpXv9_DvAhWiBRAIHYo-CucQFjABegQIAhAD&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fuuringud.tallinn.ee%2Ffile_download%2F859&amp;usg=AOvVaw12j_sNc77FJcCMUENcMyKG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eesti keskmist n\u00e4itajat<\/a>: 83% elanikest on rahul eluga ning 77% oma tervisega. Need tulemused on mingil m\u00e4\u00e4ral ootusp\u00e4rased, kuna elatustase ja sissetulekute suurus, mis on Tartu piirkonnas \u00fcks k\u00f5rgemaid Eestis, m\u00f5jutavad otseselt ka rahulolu oma elu ning tervisega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-el wp-block-heading\" id=\"keskmine-tartlane-konnib-jookseb-ja-soidab-rattaga\"><strong>Keskmine tartlane k\u00f5nnib, jookseb ja s\u00f5idab rattaga<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Spordiuuring1-1594x1419.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1756\" width=\"570\" height=\"506\"\/><figcaption><em><sub>Joonis 1. K\u00f5ige populaarsemad spordialad vastajate seas (%).<\/sub><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">K\u00f5ige rohkem harrastavad tartlased k\u00f5ndimist, matkamist, jalgrattas\u00f5itu ja jooksmist. Oluliselt rohkem aga tegelevad k\u00f5ndimise ja v\u00f5imlemisega naised, samas kui mehed eelistavad jalgrattas\u00f5itu ja suusatamist. Tervisesporti teevad m\u00f5lema soo esindajad, et tunda end h\u00e4sti, olla vormis ja veeta aega vabas looduses. Harrastamise aega vaadates liiguvad t\u00f6\u00f6ealised inimesed t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evade \u00f5htul ja n\u00e4dalavahetustel, samas kui pensioniealised liiguvad lisaks ka p\u00e4evasel ajal. Siinkohal on selge, et t\u00f6\u00f6ealised tartlased ja \u00f5pilased s\u00f5ltuvad oma t\u00f6\u00f6graafikust v\u00f5i tunniplaanist, samas kui pensioniealiste tartlaste elutempo on tunduvalt rahulikum. Seega miks mitte kasutada seda \u00e4ra ja tegeleda meelep\u00e4raste huvidega just meelep\u00e4rasel ajal enda jaoks?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Kui r\u00e4\u00e4kida sportimistingimustest, siis on tartlased nendega enamasti rahul. Silma paistavad just j\u00f5utreeningutega tegelevad tartlased ja v\u00f5imlejad, kes on oma tingimusi hinnanud eriti heaks osaliselt seet\u00f5ttu, et m\u00f5lema harrastusega on v\u00f5imalik tegeleda kodus. K\u00f5ige v\u00e4hem on oma tingimustega rahul ratturid ja ujujad, mis peegeldab soovi eelk\u00f5ige uute kergliiklusteede ning ujumisv\u00f5imaluste j\u00e4rele. Loomulikult tasub eraldi m\u00e4rkida ka golfim\u00e4ngijaid, kes avaldasid rahulolematust olemasolevate tingimustega ja seda teada p\u00f5hjusel: Tartu piirkonnas puudub golfiv\u00e4ljak, l\u00e4him sobiv harrastuskoht j\u00e4\u00e4b golfim\u00e4ngijate jaoks paraku Otep\u00e4\u00e4le. Golfim\u00e4ngijad on uuringu tulemuste p\u00f5hjal \u00fchtlasi k\u00f5ige vanem tervisespordiharrastajate grupp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Spordiuuring2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1761\" width=\"570\" height=\"572\"\/><figcaption><em><sub>Joonis 2. Spordialade harrastajate keskmine vanus (%)<\/sub><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Liikumist ja tervisesporti Tartus soodustavad ka erinevad initsiatiivid ja \u00fcritused, mida on viimastel aastatel korraldatud \u00fcsna palju. Selle tulemusena on ligi kolmandik k\u00f5ikidest vastajatest osalenud m\u00f5nel rahva\u00fcritusel v\u00f5i -v\u00f5istlusel, mida on kaks korda rohkem kui Eestis keskmiselt. Ka tulevikus tahavad tartlased rohkem jooksu-, matkamis-, orienteerumis- ja perekondlikke \u00fcritusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-el wp-block-heading\" id=\"tervisesport-kui-harjumus\"><strong>Tervisesport kui harjumus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Kui k\u00fcsida tartlastelt peamiste barj\u00e4\u00e4ride kohta tervisespordi harrastamisel, siis k\u00f5ige suuremaks neist osutub just ajapuudus. Ajapuudust m\u00e4rkisid oma vastustes enam mehed, v\u00e4hem tegid seda naised ja \u00fcle 65-aastased vastajad. Teiste p\u00f5hjustena mainiti halbu ilmastikuolusid, sobivate v\u00f5imaluste puudumist ja madalat motivatsiooni. Oluline on lisada, et 13% vastajatest arvas, et sportimine on nende jaoks liiga kallis, mis omakorda t\u00e4hendab, et nende inimeste jaoks on meelep\u00e4rase spordialaga tegelemine piiratud, kuna puuduvad rahalised v\u00f5imalused. Siin jagub m\u00f5tteainet linnas tervisespordi korraldajatele \u2013 tervisespordiv\u00f5imalused peaksid olema k\u00e4ttesaadavad k\u00f5igile s\u00f5ltumata harrastaja eluj\u00e4rjest v\u00f5i sissetulekust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-el wp-block-heading\" id=\"uhendatud-kergliiklusteed-ja-pikemad-vahemaad\"><strong>\u00dchendatud kergliiklusteed ja pikemad vahemaad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Olulise osa k\u00fcsimustikust moodustas ka tartlaste tagasiside sellele, mida nad spordipaikade osas juurde soovivad. K\u00f5ige suurem huvi on tartlastel uute matkaradade, jalgratta- ja kergliiklusteede vastu. Nii m\u00f5nigi tartlane kasutas v\u00f5imalust ning avaldas soovi, et uued ja vanad terviserajad v\u00f5iksid olla omavahel paremini \u00fchendatud ning ideaalis moodustada \u00fche tervikliku v\u00f5rgustiku. Ambitsioonika ideena pakuti moodustada terviseradadest \u00fcks suur ring, mis kulgeks \u00fcmber linna. Sedasi saaksid tartlased nautida pikemaid vahemaid ning veeta rohkem aega looduses, eemal linnamelust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Spordiuuring3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1766\" width=\"582\" height=\"480\"\/><figcaption><em><sub>Joonis 3. Liikumisharrastuste kohad, rajatised ja v\u00f5imalused, millest Tartus enim puudust tuntakse (%)<\/sub><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Teistest oluliselt rohkem soovisid rattateid just Kesklinna, Karlova ja Vaksali piirkonna elanikud. Kergliiklusteid sooviti rohkem aga Ilmatsalu ja M\u00e4rja piirkonnas. M\u00f5lema piirkonna elanikke v\u00f5ib uuringu tulemuste j\u00e4rgi ka kiita, kuna nii Ilmatsalu kui M\u00e4rja elanikud on \u00fched aktiivseimad liikujad, aga hindavad sellegipoolest oma liikumismahtu ebapiisavaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-el wp-block-heading\" id=\"aga-mis-saab-ujumisvoimalustest\"><strong>Aga mis saab ujumisv\u00f5imalustest?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">K\u00f5ige enam soovivad tartlased lisaks olemasolevatele harrastustele tegeleda ujumisega. Seda m\u00e4rkis \u00fclekaalukalt kolmandik vastajatest ja k\u00f5ikide piirkondade l\u00f5ikes oli see ka k\u00f5ige soovitum spordiala. Niiv\u00f5rd suur huvi ujumise vastu peegeldab just sobivate tingimuste puudumist linnas ja olemasolevate v\u00f5imaluste piiratust, n\u00e4iteks ujumiskohtade v\u00e4hesus, ujulate \u00fclekoormatus v\u00f5i nende liiga kauge asukoht kodust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Linnavalitsus teab, et Tartus napib basseine ja ujulaid ning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tartu.postimees.ee\/6874303\/uue-ujula-ja-veekeskuse-rajamise-ule-kais-oksjonil-tihe-rebimine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on ette v\u00f5tnud samme<\/a>\u00a0probleemi leevendamiseks. Kuid uute ujumiskohtade rajamine n\u00f5uab aega ja s\u00f5ltub v\u00e4gagi linnaosade v\u00f5imalustest. Selle t\u00f5ttu on uute ujumisv\u00f5imaluste tekkimine Tartus eelk\u00f5ige pikema aja perspektiiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Kokkuv\u00f5ttes v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et suur osa tartlastest on sportlikud, aktiivsed ja suhtuvad liikumisse positiivselt. Investeerimine taristu arendamisse on kasulik mitte pelgalt liikumise harrastajatele, kuid ka Tartu linnale \u00fcldiselt. Mida paremad tingimused on linnas tervisliku eluviisi elamiseks, seda rohkem on inimesed rahul oma elu ja tervisega ning seda k\u00f5rgem on \u00fcldine elukvaliteet linnas. Suure t\u00f5uke siinkohal annab tervisespordiv\u00f5imaluste arendamine ja aktiivse liikumise propageerimine.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tartu.postimees.ee\/7204866\/plaan-muutus-sadamaraudteele-tuleb-soidutee-asemel-rattatee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sadamaraudteele autotee ehitamisest loobumine<\/a>\u00a0jalgrattatee ja roheala kasuks on vaid \u00fcks selle suundumuse viimastest positiivsetest n\u00e4idetest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\"><em>See artikkel on kirjutatud Tartu Linnavalitsuse tellitud Tartu tervisespordi uuringu p\u00f5hjal, mille k\u00e4igus anal\u00fc\u00fcsiti tartlaste tervisespordialast aktiivsust, rahulolu olemasolevate spordipaikadega ning ootusi tervisespordi arengule linnas. Uuring toimus 2020. aasta novembrist 2021. aasta m\u00e4rtsini ning selles osales \u00fcle 1400 vastaja.
