Additionally, how to ensure the necessary support for them?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondly<strong>,<\/strong> how to increase the contribution of local governments in achieving the goals of REKK 2030? Moreover, how to monitor (receive feedback) on this?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thirdly, how to ensure an effective exchange of information and cooperation regarding energy use between state and local governments, research institutions, and related sectors?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furthermore, how can the strategic plans of local governments (including development plans and master plans) take into account future needs and the activities and resources necessary for achieving the goals of REKK 2030 in both the public and private sectors? Also, what is the potential of renewable energy sources in each sector?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">In the study, IBS was responsible for conducting an online survey among local government representatives. Additionally, IBS aided in preparing and conducting interviews with them. Based on the gathered input and desk research, IBS analyzed the competences and need for training of local governments in terms of achieving energy savings and implementing renewable energy solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"553\" height=\"92\"
