of the Estonian Language"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The Institute of Baltic Studies, in cooperation with the University of Tartu, is carrying out a survey \u201cStatus of the Estonian Language\u201d, which is designed to determine the situation regarding the status, learning, research, and development of the Estonian language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Specific objectives of the study are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-el wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;to identify strengths and development needs in each field of research,<\/li><li>&nbsp;to provide an overview of the status of Estonian and other languages,<\/li><li>&nbsp;analyse development trends and problems of the last 15 years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The final report of the study will be completed in April 2017 and it will serve as an important input for the new Estonian language strategy for 2018-2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Institute of Baltic Studies,
