{"id":2303,"date":"2014-12-30T15:57:05","date_gmt":"2014-12-30T13:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/projects\/avalike-teenuste-osutamise-kaardistamine\/"},"modified":"2022-08-22T17:18:52","modified_gmt":"2022-08-22T14:18:52","slug":"mapping-the-provision-of-public-services","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/en\/projects\/mapping-the-provision-of-public-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Mapping the provision of public services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Forms of public service delivery have become more diverse both in foreign countries and in Estonia; besides contractual delegation (transfer), several other models of service provision and cooperation between the \u201cowner\u201d, the citizen and the service provider have emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The main aim of this project was to get an up-to-date overview of the cooperation between local governments and NGOs in the provision of public services. Within the framework of the analysis, the tendencies of joint activities of local governments and NGOs in the provision of services were described and the similarities and differences of different service delivery methods were analyzed. As a result, the situation in Estonia was mapped and conclusions are drawn on current cooperation practices (best practices and key bottlenecks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The analysis was
