The project consisted of two studies: 1) best practices study on immigration support structures in selected countries and 2) qualitative study among target groups about the needs for services for migrants, especially highly skilled migrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">These studies were conducted to answer two main research questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-el wp-block-list\"><li>What is the most optimal and favorable immigration support services in the system and what components should it consist of?<\/li><li>How immigration support services should be organized and funded for public, private and third sector?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">As a result,&nbsp;policy recommendations were formulated for the establishment of most optimal and favourable immigration
