The key question for the project is how the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea could learn to make the most of the human capital, native and foreign-born, at their disposal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first conference <em>After the Crisis: Migration, Austerity and New Challenges to Sustainability in the Baltic Sea States<\/em> was held in Stockholm in December 2012. The second seminar <em><a href=\"http:\/\/en.globalutmaning.se\/?p=3139\">A new era in integration policies in the Baltic Sea countries?<\/a><\/em> was held in Tallinn in 2013. The third <a href=\"http:\/\/en.globalutmaning.se\/?p=3215\">expert seminar<\/a> was held in Vilnius.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.globalutmaning.se\/\">Global Challenge<\/a>\u2019s migration network around the Baltic Sea is funded by the Swedish Institute.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea
