{"id":2387,"date":"2009-05-25T14:14:05","date_gmt":"2009-05-25T11:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/projects\/ikt-teadus-ja-arendustegevuse-tehnoloogiline-audit-eestis\/"},"modified":"2022-02-13T15:06:42","modified_gmt":"2022-02-13T13:06:42","slug":"ict-rtd-technological-audit-estonia","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/en\/projects\/ict-rtd-technological-audit-estonia\/","title":{"rendered":"ICT RTD Technological Audit Estonia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-el\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/dgs\/information_society\/index_en.htm\">DG INFSO<\/a>&nbsp;carries out a Technological Audit on information and communication technologies (ICT) research capabilities in each of the EU 12 states in order to identify a number of elements that include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-el wp-block-list\"><li>The ICT RTD policy environment and the opportunities and barriers it presents;<\/li><li>The status of the ICT RTD activities identifying the centres of excellence and centres with development potential per FP7 \u2013 ICT Theme Challenge and Objective;<\/li><li>The actions that need to be taken at national and European level to increase the participation of organisations carrying out ICT RTD in both the private and public sector.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">This comprehensive analysis enables the European Commission to work with the solutions for raising the ICT RTD capacities in EU 12.
