Eesti ANK focuses on representing youth work institutions and their staff, organizing professional development for youth workers, and developing open youth centers as part of the youth work structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">To gain a better understanding of the current situation in youth centers, Eesti ANK has periodically conducted mapping studies. The most recent and comprehensive mapping took place in 2023-2024, involving an online survey and on-site observations. Through this project, IBS will help analyze the collected data and, where possible, compare it with previous data. The aim of the project is to provide a county-by-county overview of the current situation of youth centers. Thereby it offers a better understanding of the diversity and development potential of youth centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The analysis includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey results, analysis of observation sheets, and focus group interviews with those conducting the on-site observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">This project is important as it provides a comprehensive overview of the current state and development opportunities of youth centers, thereby helping to improve the quality of youth work. It also supports national policy-making by providing valuable information for planning future investments and development of youth centers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NGO
