This is achieved by raising detainees&#8217; awareness of their rights, obligations, and the rehabilitation process in prison. Various contemporary methods, such as service design and legal design, are implemented to understand and support the detainees&#8217; journey, analyzing their needs and developing clear and motivating materials. Special attention is paid to creating multilingual and culturally sensitive information to facilitate the adaptation and development of detainees from different backgrounds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The methodology of the study includes in-depth interviews, focus group interviews, and co-creation workshops, during which detainees&#8217; experiences, needs, and understandings are mapped. Through iterative testing and validation, patterns and solutions supporting the creation of user-friendly informational materials are highlighted. The final result includes multilingual informational materials that are simple in language, visually attractive, and accessible both electronically and in
