This is facilitated by increasing inmates\u2019 awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and the rehabilitation process. To better understand and support the inmate&#8217;s journey, modern methods such as service design and legal design are applied to analyze the needs of inmates and to develop clear and motivating materials. Special attention is given to creating multilingual and culturally sensitive information to support the adaptation and development of inmates from diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The study methodology includes in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and co-creation workshops to map inmates&#8217; experiences, needs, and perceptions. Through iterative testing and validation, patterns and solutions that support the creation of user-friendly informational materials are identified. The final outcome will be multilingual materials that are written in plain language, visually appealing, and accessible both electronically and in
