{"id":7510,"date":"2025-12-18T10:24:54","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T08:24:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/?post_type=projects&#038;p=7510"},"modified":"2025-12-18T10:24:55","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T08:24:55","slug":"content-analysis-of-trainings-and-materials-from-the-adaptation-programme-modules-and-the-mid-term-evaluation-of-the-adaptation-programme","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/en\/projects\/content-analysis-of-trainings-and-materials-from-the-adaptation-programme-modules-and-the-mid-term-evaluation-of-the-adaptation-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Content\u00a0analysis of trainings\u00a0and materials\u00a0from\u00a0the adaptation programme\u00a0modules and\u00a0the\u00a0mid-term evaluation of the adaptation programme\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The content analysis of the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme&#8217;s training modules and materials, along with the mid-term evaluation of the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme, focuses on the Integration Foundation&#8217;s adaptation programme&nbsp;&#8220;Settle in Estonia,&#8221; which&nbsp;is targeted at new immigrants and&nbsp;those who&nbsp;have lived here for less than five years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The&nbsp;objective&nbsp;of the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme&nbsp;is to support the migration and adaptation process of new immigrants by providing them with knowledge on topics related to the functioning of the Estonian state and society, everyday life, work, studies, and family, and by&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;their Estonian language&nbsp;learning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Within the framework of the project, the role of&nbsp;IBS&nbsp;is to conduct 1) a content analysis of the trainings&nbsp;and materials for the adaptation modules and 2) a mid-term evaluation of the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme. These activities involve&nbsp;analysing&nbsp;the content, duration, structure,&nbsp;training materials, and&nbsp;the&nbsp;training provision model of the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme\u2019s courses. The analysis will result in proposals for updating the&nbsp;adaptation&nbsp;programme. The activities will consider both the target group&#8217;s profile and their adaptation barriers and needs within Estonian society. Data collection, analysis, and the formulation of conclusions and recommendations will be guided by the target group\u2019s diversity and specific characteristics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Research methods used include, among others, document analysis, focus group and individual interviews, and a survey questionnaire, in addition to a co-creation
