To this end, eight municipalities are&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in a nationwide development programme&nbsp;aimed at creating a clear and well-considered strategic framework for safety management at the local level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Specifically, the study focuses on how the&nbsp;safety&nbsp;development&nbsp;program functions during the implementation of activities, what added value it creates, and what conditions would help make the programme&nbsp;even more effective. The study also develops an evaluation&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;to assess the impact of development programmes in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The study&nbsp;analyses&nbsp;existing materials, conducts data inquiries, and collects direct feedback through expert assessments, interviews, co-creation workshops, and discussions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The findings will be compiled into a comprehensive overview, with practical recommendations forming the core&nbsp;component. The resulting proposals will help local&nbsp;governments and the state design effective solutions in the field of safety that are aligned with the needs of
