{"id":2493,"date":"2013-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-12-31T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/publications\/innovative-services-for-international-talents-easier-access-to-the-central-baltic-sea-region\/"},"modified":"2013-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-12-31T22:00:00","slug":"innovative-services-for-international-talents-easier-access-to-the-central-baltic-sea-region","status":"publish","type":"publications","link":"https:\/\/www.ibs.ee\/en\/publications\/innovative-services-for-international-talents-easier-access-to-the-central-baltic-sea-region\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovative Services for International Talents \u2013 Easier Access to the Central Baltic Sea Region"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The aim of the project \u201cInnovative Services for International Talents \u2013 Easier Access to the Central Baltic Sea Region (EXPAT)\u201d was\u00a0to develop a common platform for providing innovative services to increase the interaction among the expats, locals and private and public service providers.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nDuring the project approximately one hundred institutions from the Central Baltic Sea Region and Amsterdam, The Hague, Toronto, Shanghai, Seoul and Tbilisi have contributed their precious time to the research work as interviewees or participants in the workshops. Moreover, there are more than 1000 expats from the Central Baltic Sea Region involved in an extensive questionnaire survey and several workshops designed to help the development of the Expat-platform pilot and policy recommendations.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nThe publications in addition to the policy recommendations, the inventory report and the final report included:&#13;<\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Inventory of Services and Networks<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Tbilisi Study Visit Report<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Findings of Pre-departure Services in Shanghai and Seoul<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Seoul Field Study Research Report<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>International Talents Survey<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Matrix Analysis Methods and Guidelines for the Workshop<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>An article: Retaining international talents in Helsinki-Uusimaa Region<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nFor more publications, see the <a
