The measure consists of two main activities: investments in buildings or infrastructure and so-called content activities, or the development and quality improvement of teaching and research in universities and research institutions. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness and impact of the ASTRA measure and the efficiency of its implementation.
