Siim works as an analyst at IBS since 2026, where he started as an intern already in the summer of 2025. In his work, he has been involved in research on security, crisis preparedness, and youth mental health.
Siim is from Tartu, but went to the University of Glasgow in the UK where he finished his bachelor’s degree in Central and East European Studies and is on his way to obtaining a master’s from Sciences Po in international security.
In his free time, Siim likes reading about history, playing strategy games and doing all kinds of sports.
