
Internship at the Institute of Baltic Studies
Institute of Baltic Studies offers internship opportunity to women with migrant background who live in Estonia.
When?
Internship starts earliest in January, 2026 and ends latest in April, 2026. Working time is around 10-20 hours a week. Internship can last from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on tasks we can offer, your skills, interests, and time availability. Internship is unpaid.
Tasks
During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to do one or several of the following tasks:
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative research tasks (data collection and analysis) Possible topics: (1) migrant integration in Estonia and (2) gender-based violence in migrant communities. Planning and carrying out seminars and other events Communication, social media engagement

Where?
The internship can be completed in Tartu, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on the participant’s circumstances.
