Anna-Kaisa has worked as an Analyst at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2021, and her main research interests include education, youth, social cohesion and integration. She has been a mentor and trainer in international youth work projects. Anna-Kaisa graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in Political Science, specialising in International Relations. The topics covered during her studies included the work of international organisations, international relations theory, comparative politics and public administration.
