Elisabeth has been working at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2022. She started as an office manager and project assistant but soon transitioned into the role of communications specialist. She has contributed to international projects related to sustainability and smart cities. In addition to her communication work, Elisabeth has taken on increasing responsibility in project management. Her dedication and ability to connect people, knowledge, and activities have led her to become the project manager of several local and EU-funded projects.
Elisabeth studied marketing management at the Tallinn School of Economics and is currently pursuing a degree in journalism and communication at the University of Tartu. Her strengths include graphic design, event organization, co-creation, and stakeholder communication.
In her free time, she enjoys building and renovating, hiking with her son, pilates, and dancing.
