Ingrit has worked at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2015 as an Assistant to Project and Finance Managers. She mainly contributes to projects related to education, integration and social cohesion. Ingrit graduated from Lääne-Viru College with a degree in Economics. In addition, she is involved in organisational accounting and has completed financial reporting for several Baltic Sea and Central Baltic Interreg programmes.
