The intentions and rationale of training providers that shape the design of training strategies;

The relationship between training strategies and self-identified needs among youth workers and youth leaders, particularly in terms of competence development;

the aspects at structural and individual level (e.g. funding, bureaucracy, organisational structures, competences of trainers) which facilitate or hinder the ability of trainers to implement training strategies and to respond to the needs of youth workers and youth leaders in the context of training.
