The aim of the project is to support the social impact of the activities of the Institute of Baltic Studies (IBS). We are analyzing opportunities in regards to developing our stakeholder engagement practices and communication. Based on the findings, IBS will formulate an action plan to develop engagement and communication capacity. With the help of a development expert, IBS will critically evaluate its previous cooperation and communication practices, analyze the best practices of the world’s think tanks and involve its partners. As a result of the project, an action plan for further development of inclusion and communication capacity will be formulated.
This project is funded by the National Foundation of Civil Society with 4000 EUR.
