International conference “Inspiring Clusters in the Beginning of the New Decade”

International Cluster conference „Inspiring Clusters in the Beginning of the New Decade” was held in Tallinn, Swissotel on 30-31th March. The event was The Competitiveness Institutes (TCI) European regional conference, which for the first time was organised in Central and Eastern Europe. The conference focused on developing better and more effective clusterpolicies in Europe and on the other hand the management and leadership of clusters.

Parallel sessions in an open environment were held in addition to the main programme which allowed for discussion on topics the participants deemed necessary and interesting.
