Andra Asser (on maternity leave)

Andra has worked as an Analyst and Project Manager at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2015. At the think thank, her main research areas are smart city and sustainable development. She mainly works in international smart city and innovation projects on citizen engagement and co-creation, social innovation, and green mobility. In local analyses and studies, her areas are sustainable development and strategic planning. As a professional translator, she also contributes to the work of IBS as a translator and editor.

Andra has a Master’s degree in Translation Studies and has spent a year studying in Japan at Kansai Gaidai University. She has participated in numerous pieces of training in project management and innovation.
